  • Validity: This gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It must be redeemed within this period; any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

  • Transfers: This gift card is transferable and can be used by anyone as long as it is within the validity period.
  • Cancellations and No-Shows: If the recipient or bearer of the gift card fails to show up for the booked flight or cancels within less than 24 hours' notice, the flight will be considered a no-show, and no rebooking or refund will be issued.
  • Restrictions: This gift card cannot be used for any special promotions, discounts, or combined with other offers.
  • Weather and Safety Conditions: Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled or rescheduled for safety reasons. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, the recipient will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost within the validity period.
  • Lost or Stolen Cards: Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Please treat your gift card like cash.
  • No Extensions: No extensions will be granted after the one-year validity period has expired.
  • Company Rights: Hero Balloon Flights Dubai reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If prices change for a new season, existing gift cards may still be honoured, but any price difference must be paid at the time of booking.
