Highly skilled pilots

Our team of professional pilots is extensively trained and has flown worldwide. Led by a Chief Director of Flights and supported by our dedicated weather station, we ensure that every flight is safe and unforgettable.

Routine maintenance checks

Our equipment and balloons are checked thoroughly before and after every flight. Licensed by the General Civil Aviation Authority (Air Operator’s Certificate AT-0024), all our balloons undergo a strict maintenance program.

Safety briefings

Before every flight, guests will attend two safety briefings. On the way to the desert via an immersive video and again right before the flight, as the Pilot explains the landing position, getting in and out of the basket and more.

Weather experts

We are one of few hot air balloon companies in the world with our own weather station. We constantly monitor the weather and track any changes in real time, allowing us to ensure that we always fly in the best conditions.

Designing balloon safety belts

We contributed to designing and manufacturing the safety belts that are mandatory during hot air balloon flights in Dubai. We were the first company in the world to install passenger safety belts in all our balloons.
